CTE 75 / CTE 75 + GEARBOX

P G Drive has developed one on one replacement gearboxes for the Coperion CTE series twin screw extruder machines.

These gearboxes are designed with upgraded thrust bearing system to take care of extruder backpressure and also to avoid the gearbox bearing seat damage due to reverse thrust loading on the gearbox.

We also provide one on one replacement spares for the internal gears and pinion shafts.

Currently we have developed spares & gearboxes for CTE 65 / 65 PLUS, CTE 75 / CTE 75 PLUS and we can further support the customer in developing spares as well as complete gearboxes for CTE 20 / CTE 20 PLUS, CTE 35 / CTE 35 PLUS, CTE 50, CTE 50 PLUS, CTE 96 / CTE 96 PLUS ETC...

GEARBOXES FOR COPERION STS Series / Krauss Maffei / Berstorff Twin Screw Extruder (Siemens Twin Screw Gearbox / Flender Twin Screw Gearbox) – T1F Series

P G Drive has developed one on one replacement gearboxes for the Coperion STS series / Krauss Maffei / Berstorff Twin Screw Extruder twin screw extruder machines.

We also provide one on one replacement spares for the internal gears and pinion shafts.

We do also supply the Special Tandem Thrust Bearings / Tandem Thrust Pack for all series of twin screw extruder gearboxes. Current replacement models available are T1FR 11 , T1FL 18 , T1FR 18 etc…

We can also retrofit the current gearboxes with external force lubrication system to take care of overheating and oil lubrication improvement.

GEARBOXES FOR Windmoller & Holscher BLOWN FILM MACHINE

P G Drive has developed one on one replacement gearboxes for Windmöller & Hölscher Blown Film extruder machines.
These gearboxes are designed with upgraded design as per the feedback from the customer to enhance the life of the gearboxes and to take care of current issues faced by the customer.
We also provide one on one replacement spares for the internal gears and pinion shafts. Currently we have developed spares & complete gearboxes for XD 35 and we can further support the customer in developing spares as well as complete gearboxes.
We can also retrofit the current gearboxes with external force lubrication system to take care of overheating and oil lubrication improvement.

GEARBOXES FOR Windmoller & Holscher BLOWN FILM MACHINE

P G Drive has developed one on one replacement gearboxes for Windmoller & Holscher Blown Film extruder machine model TIRATEX 1600. The gearbox model FZ 1800.1-S-Z-A - ED 120 used on the machine is made by M/s. Knödler-Getriebe GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.

We also provide one on one replacement spares for the internal gears and pinion shafts for the above gearbox Currently we have developed internal spares (like Gears, Pinions & Output Spline Shaft etc) & also complete gearbox for Knödler Gearbox model FZ 1800.1-S-Z-A - ED 120.

GEARBOXES FOR Reifenhauser Blown Film Machine

P G Drive has developed one on one replacement gearboxes for Reifenhäuser Blown Film extruder machines.

These gearboxes are designed with upgraded design as per the feedback from the customer to enhance the life of the gearboxes and to take care of current issues faced by the customer.

We also provide one on one replacement spares for the internal gears and pinion shafts. Currently we have developed spares & complete gearboxes for XCIL 20, XCIL 23, XCIL 31 and we can further support the customer in developing spares as well as complete gearboxes.

We can also retrofit the current gearboxes with external force lubrication system to take care of overheating and oil lubrication improvement.

GEARBOXES FOR NGR & EEREMA RECYLCLING EXTRUDER MACHINE

P G Drive has developed one on one replacement gearboxes for NGR RECYCLING EXTRUDER MACHINE.

These gearboxes are available for Cutter, Feeder, Extruder and combination machines.
We also provide one on one replacement spares for the internal gears and pinion shafts.
We can also retrofit the current gearboxes with external force lubrication system to take care of overheating and oil lubrication improvement.
